Hiring? Post a job

Post a radiology tech job

List an open radiologic technologist position on Expected Health. Posting is free at launch. Every listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live, and it is published with a pay range, the work mode, and the licenses you require - the details technologists filter on first.

Applications arrive by email, with the candidate's self-reported credentials laid out beside a one-click link to verify them on ARRT.

  • Free to post while the board launches.
  • Reviewed by a person before publishing - no spam listings next to yours.
  • Structured listing: modality, work mode, pay range, required state licenses.
  • Applications emailed to you directly, with a reply-to set to the candidate.
  • Eligible for Google's job search results through JobPosting structured data.
  • Remote-scanning and teleradiology employers welcome - not only clinics.

Frequently asked questions

Is posting free?

Yes, at launch. We are building the board to be useful to technologists first, which means seeding it with real roles. If that changes we will say so on this page before it does, and listings already published will run to their close date on the terms they were posted under.

Why is a pay range required?

Two reasons. Several states now require a pay range in job advertisements, and a board that publishes nationally cannot reasonably track which listing is covered. And technologists compare listings on pay first - a listing without a range is passed over. The range you enter is shown on the listing and in the structured data Google reads.

What happens after I submit?

Your listing is held for review. We check that it describes a real, complete role - responsibilities, requirements, hours, pay - and that the employer is who it says it is. Once approved, the listing is published for 30 or 60 days, whichever you chose, and can be renewed.

How do applicants reach me?

Candidates apply on the listing page. Each application is emailed to the contact address you give us (you can add more than one), with the candidate's email set as the reply-to so you can answer directly. The email includes their self-reported ARRT ID with a link to ARRT's verification tool.

Why do you approve employers before sharing applicant details?

Because an open board with instant access to applications is an invitation to harvest candidates' contact details. Applications submitted before your employer record is approved are stored securely and released to you the moment approval happens; nothing is lost, and candidates are told their application is waiting on that check.
