    No. Our team coordinates via voice call and text message, powered by AI with human coordinators always available. There's nothing to download, no account to create, and no behavior change required from your employees.
  • Is this only for self-funded plans?

    Yes, our employer product is designed for self-insured (self-funded) employers who bear direct financial risk for their employees' imaging claims. We work with plans of any size — no member minimums.
  • How do you generate savings?

    We steer employees from high-cost hospital-based imaging to high-quality accredited independent imaging centers where the same scan costs a fraction of the price. The savings are real and documented — you see every case in your dashboard with before/after cost comparison.
  • How do you ensure HIPAA compliance?

    Expected Health operates under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with all employer partners. All patient data is handled in compliance with HIPAA. We do not sell or share member data.
  • What does getting started look like?

    It starts with a conversation. We learn about your plan and your employee population, then show you exactly how Expected Health would work for your situation. Most employers are live within days of deciding to move forward — no complex implementation required.
  • What's your business model?

    A low monthly base fee covers platform access. Per-case fees apply when we successfully coordinate an employee to a lower-cost imaging site. We only make money on completed cases — our incentives are aligned with yours.
  • Do you replace our care navigation or other point solutions?

    No. Expected Health is imaging-specific and works alongside your existing benefits stack — care navigation, EAP, wellness programs, and other point solutions are unaffected.
