The estimate is calculated in good-faith based on the information known at the time the estimate was created. This amount is an estimate only and in no way a quote or guarantee of the amount that you will owe or what the charges for the service will be. Your final cost(s) could be higher or lower. We try our best to give you an accurate estimate, however, many factors go into the final cost like services performed. It is important to note the prices listed are for self-pay individuals, meaning those who do not wish to use or do not have insurance.

Our competitive prices are a result of our cash-based model, which bypasses the complexities and administrative overhead associated with insurance companies. By eliminating these intermediaries, we streamline the billing process, significantly reduce administrative costs, and negotiate rates directly with providers. This means we can pass these savings directly to our customers, offering them prices that are more affordable. Our model is designed to be transparent and efficient, ensuring that you pay only for the care you receive, without the added expenses that often come with insurance-based pricing.

The prices listed on Expected Healthcare are the cash-based or non-insurance-based pricing, which is why the prices can be so much cheaper. Depending on the details of your health coverage, you may be eligible for reimbursement, partially or fully, from your insurance provider. After you’ve received your service, we can provide a superbill that you can then submit to your insurance company. This is not a guarantee of payment or service, and we cannot know for certain if you may be eligible for reimbursement from your health insurance company. If you have questions about your coverage, please contact your health insurance company.  Please note, Expected Healthcare currently does not process insurance claims directly and is not an option for those participating in government payor programs like Medicare or Medicaid.

Your information will be sent directly to the requested clinic, and we will confirm your appointment time and location shortly after submission (usually within 1-2 days). If there is a scheduling issue, we will contact you by phone and/or email to resolve it with you.
