Now onboarding early-access partners
Expected Health API
Send imaging orders to 6,000+ clinics. From your code, not a fax machine.
One API for the part of healthcare that still runs on phone calls and fax: finding the right clinic, seeing its cash price, sending the doctor's order, and tracking the patient all the way to results.

The Expected Health API is in early access. We're onboarding partners in small groups so every integration gets hands-on support and a signed BAA before any patient data moves. Tell us what you're building and we'll reach out with credentials and docs.

Common questions
Can I start building today?
Not self-serve yet. The API is in early access: we onboard partners one at a time, starting with a short scoping call, then credentials and documentation. Request access above and tell us what you're building.
Is the API HIPAA compliant? Will you sign a BAA?
Yes. Expected Health works as a HIPAA business associate, and we sign a Business Associate Agreement with every partner before any patient information moves through the API.
What does a clinic need to do to receive orders?
Nothing. We deliver each order the way the clinic already works, whether that's fax, email, or a portal, and follow up with the clinic until the patient is scheduled.
Which procedures and clinic types are covered?
Imaging is the core: MRI, CT, ultrasound, X-ray, mammography, DEXA, PET, and more, across 6,200+ imaging centers. The network also includes labs, urgent care, and hospitals: 8,000+ clinic profiles across 48 states and DC.
How is the API priced?
Pricing depends on your use case and volume, and we set it together during onboarding. Let us know your expected volume in the form.
